Fast moving events called for immediate communication to the supporting community for a local volunteer fire department as the response to hurricane Harvey became a major factor in their appeal for continued support. The periodic newsletter for these firemen was due to be finalized when the hurricane hit, but their planned publication could not have included crucial details about how the department had responded and how the community’s welfare and safety had been protected by these local heroes.
We had produced several of newsletters for them in the past, but the hurricane had changed both the importance and timeliness necessary for the message of the firemen’s story and appeal for continued support. Copy had to be revised, edited and proofread, photos of the firemen and their equipment in action during the flooding had to be chosen and edited for print publication, and the layout of the newsletter itself had to be composed and approved in time to meet the mailing deadline required.
Here at The Right Idea we have the experience, capability and motivation to get YOUR newsletter produced for YOUR audience. With graphic design, page layout, copywriting, editing, and bulk mail experience we take you from concept to production to completion.
